FIND YOUR WINTER STYLE. TURN A NEGATIVE INTO A POSITIVE.

Yes there is a human being underneath all that neck-ware.  That's right folks, its bundlin time.

This ain't no average kind of cold, ladies and gentleman, this is a Minnesota winter.
For the first time, in my life, I have decided to layer scarves.

I have not needed to do this before.  The thought never crossed my mind because one scarf is usually sufficient.  In fact, I didn't need the wooly mammoth around my neck until moving to Minnesota.
I knit the uber warm scarf you see here.

But an interesting dilemma arises upon arriving at your destination, indoors, with such a heavy scarf on your neck.  It is too hot. But I still want to sport a scarf, for style reasons, once I arrive at my destination.  So, the little silk scarf, just under my chin, will carry on at the office, where wooly is left off.

The silky scarf that will make it's debut at work today is 100% silk and a Japenese brand called Kokoro.
I found it at Arc's Value Village for $.50.  (cent, that is)

Function informs fashion.  A new concept that I am embracing like never before.

I'm feeling like an old school journalist in this outfit today.

Found these red and white spectator shoes for $4 at Goodwill.
Felt-ish hat was on sale at Urban Outfitters.
